Our Leaders
David Morgan, Chief Executive Officer
David is responsible for overseeing all executive functions (HR, Accounting, Legal, Finance) for Summit Harbor. David is an experienced leader overseeing 300+ person teams and managing budgets of >$50M. Prior to joining Summit Harbor, David was the Chief Accounting Officer for Brightstar Lottery PLC, the global leader in Lottery & Gaming with annual revenue in excess of $5 billion. During his time with Brightstar he oversaw the accounting and tax due diligence for the strategic sale of $6 billion of assets. Prior to joining Brightstar, David was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent 14 years.After graduating from Littleton High School in 1998, David served in the New Hampshire Air National Guard and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire.David's wife and 3 kids are his world and enjoy hiking, biking and traveling to the mountains for a dose of beauty.

Kyle Morgan, Chief Operating Officer
Kyle is responsible for overseeing the daily site operations (construction, logistics, procurement, scheduling) for Summit Harbor. Kyle is an experienced leader overseeing teams for the last 20+ years. Kyle started his career as a diesel field service technician working for Milton CAT. After 5 years, Kyle was promoted to management of the field service department overseeing the Maine power generation division. Seeking new opportunities In 2017, Kyle moved to United Rentals to oversee their newly formed customer service work and repairs division for the Portland, Maine location. Kyle worked his way up to become the district service manager covering Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont & northern Massachusetts. Throughout his career Kyle’s top priority has been on minimizing down time through the maximization of response time.After graduating from Littleton High School in 2000, Kyle earned his Diesel Mechanics degree from Wyoming Tech.Kyle's wife and 2 kids are his world and enjoy hunting and traveling.
